Subject: [PATCH] Support in-segment wildcards in ACL patterns (test*, test-*).

`*` was not escaped before being converted to `[^/]*`, so patterns like
`test*` compiled to a broken regex. Escape `*` and `?` so partial
segment wildcards match as documented.
